JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for directing the District Magistrate, Madhepura to issue licence to the petitioner for selling non-judicial court fee stamp at the Madhepura Collectorate premises, however, the respondents have filed a counter affidavit, wherein, they have annexed an order dated 11.03.2016, passed by the Collector, Madhepura, whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner for grant of licence has been rejected.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the said order dated 11.03.2016, in accordance with

Patna High Court CWJC No.12622 of 2015(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 law. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
