The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daniawan P.S. Case No.99 of 2016 registered under Sections 47 and 57 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Regard being had to the recovery of only two bottles of foreign liquor of 750 ml. each from possession of the petitioner, Ravi Shankar Kumar @ Ravi Shankar, who is in custody since 16.8.2016, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Daniawan P.S.Case No.99 of 2016.
