In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Katihar (Town) P.S. Case No. 370 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made by the informant while returning from college, was offered a cup of tea and thereafter, she became unconscious and the accused person took her objectionable photograph. When she came in conscious, she found herself that she was raped by the accused person. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and
