=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 13.2.2003 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge VI, Patna, in Criminal Appeal No. 337 of 1998 by which he has affirmed the conviction of the Petitioner under Sections 409, 420 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and sentence of three years, one year and two years respectively.

Having gone through the Judgment, I do not find any merit in the application, the same is dismissed. However, considering that the occurrence is of the year 1987, the period already undergone by the Petitioner shall be sufficient in the ends of justice.

With aforesaid modification, the revision stands
