This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Daraunda P.S. Case No. 397 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indain Penal Code and under Section 30 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. Considering the quantum of liquor recovered from the motorcycle and also considering the fact that the petitioner has been named by the Police, inasmuch as, he has clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20947 of 2022(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Court No.1, Siwan, in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 397 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
