=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek revision of the Judgment dated 16.9.2003 by which 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Gaya, in Criminal Appeal No. 08 of 2003/87 of 2000 has affirmed the conviction of the Petitioners under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced them to rigorous imprisonment for two years.

Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I am unable to find any perversity in the same.

However, considering the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid observation, the revision is
