2. Heard Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission.

3. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:

"1. That the petitioner being General Nurses & Midwifery (G.N.M.) serving at Patna Medical College &

Patna High Court CWJC No.19683 of 2014(2) dt.02-12-2022 2/2 Hospital, Patna since 2008 on contract basis, prays for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders and/ or direction/ directions commanding the respondent no.

3 to disclose the marks of Elementary Anatomy and Physiology subject in the examination of General Nursing held in April 1998 as in the Mark sheet the word "Exemp" has been mentioned in place of original marks obtain by the petitioner in aforesaid subject wherein she has been declared pass in original marksheet dated 09.01.99 contained in Annexure-4."

4. After some arguments, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
