Twelve litres of wine has been seized from the possession of the petitioner, for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 12.10.2016. Apart from this, petitioner lacks criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner Ramesh Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with G.O. Case No.65/2016.
