Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali P.S. Case No. 161/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. Name of this petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Reyaj @ Raju who was apprehended by the villagers. Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65625 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S.
