=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment dated 23.1.2001 by which the 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram, in Criminal Appeal No. 11 of 2001 has affirmed the conviction of the Petitioner under Section 304A and 279 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced them to rigorous imprisonment for two years, six months respectively.
It has been submitted that the Petitioner has remained in custody for about four months.
Having gone through the Judgment of conviction, I do not find any merit in the application.
However, in view of the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by the

With the aforesaid observation, the revision application stands dismissed.
