The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/325/307/504/232/353/186189/151/224/ 225 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on information to the police that the miscreants are preparing to commit serious offence, a raid was laid when co-accused Bhikhari Singh, Shailesh Singh and the petitioner were apprehended but the mob got them released after causing injury to the informant and other constable.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37613 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 that there is nothing on record to suggest actually the petitioner was apprehended. Moreover, accusation of attacking on the informant and other police personnel is against the other persons.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No.110 of 2014, pending before the learned CJM, Lakhisarai .

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
