ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 8.8.2003 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, VI, Patna, in Criminal Appeal No. 290 of 1999 under Section 420 Indian Penal Code and 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act and sentenced him to rigorous imprisonment for two and half years and fine of Rs.4,000/- in default of which simple imprisonment for two months under Section 138 N.I. Act.

Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any merit in the revision application, the same is dismissed. However, the sentence is modified to the period already

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.684 of 2003 dt.23-06-2015 2/2 undergone by the Petitioner.

However, fine of Rs.4,000/- shall be paid as directed by the Court below.
