Petitioner is an accused in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 51 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a), 32(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act. 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 19.02.2020.
