The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.02.2020. He further submits that in the instant case total 11 litres of liquor was seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on his personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Gopalganj in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18922 of 2020(2) dt.13-05-2020 2/2 connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2020, due to the circumstance of total lock down on account of pandemic Covid-19.
