Heard the parties in virtual Court.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,302,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that the occurrence of murder was committed at the behest of the petitioner. There is no direct overt-act alleged against the petitioner. Investigation of the case is already complete.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, who is in custody since 21.01.2021, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32220 of 2021(2) dt.13-07-2021 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Haspura Police Station Case No.79 of 2020 with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
