JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2016 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition, though the names of the learned counsel appearing on his behalf are printed in the daily cause list.
The learned AC to SC-5 appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 4, by referring to the averments made in the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3, submits that in view of the disposal of Mutation Appeal Nos. 3 and 4 of 2013-14, the present matter has become infructuous. In the writ petition the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to the respondent D.C.L.R. Forbesganj for disposal of Mutation Appeal Nos. 3 of 2013-14 and 4 of 2013-14. Apparently, the aforesaid two mutation appeals have already been disposed of by the respondent D.C.L.R., Forbesganj. The orders passed by him have been brought on the record as Annexure-A and A/1 to the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent
