The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 159 of 2021 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 387, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that it is evident from Annexure-3 to the bail application that petitioner is old person and suffering from kidney disease and treatment is going on. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
