Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 342, 354(b), 354(c), 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code, 66E/67 (A) of IT Act and 4,6 and 8 of POCSO Act.

It is alleged that this petitioner (Lal Singh @ Laku Singh) took obscene picture and made video of victim girl and later made it viral on social media.

It is submitted that due to old enmity this false and concocted case has been lodged against the petitioner. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22711 of 2023(2) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 incident took place on 13.11.2021 and the complaint case was filed on 17.12.2021 after the delay of more than one month for which there is no plausbile explanation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Darbhanga, Bihar in connection with Mahila P.S. case no 67 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
