Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rupouli (Akbarpur) P.S. Case No. 213 of 2016 registered under Sections- 341, 323, 295A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no case under section 295A of the Indian Penal Code is made out from the allegations levelled in the first information report. There is case and counter case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9812 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Rupouli (Akbarpur) P.S. Case No. 213 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
