The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioners is that they dragged the informant out of his house and started pressing his neck. When the informant's wife came to save him the accused persons

It is submitted that both parties are close door neighbours and due to petty dispute, this false and concocted case has been lodged against petitioners. The doctor has found the injury sustained by the injured simple in nature. Allegation is general and omnibus. The allegation of pressing the neck and snatching of ornaments is super addition to make the case grave. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 142 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
