Petitioner seeks bail in Bandhuwa Kurawa P.S. Case No.70 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 37-C of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. It is alleged that police got information that one man after taking liquor is committing nuisance. The police apprehended this petitioner and by Breath Analyzer it was found to be 122mg/100ml.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66853 of 2018(2) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, II, Banka, in connection with Bandhuwa Kurawa P.S. Case No.70 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
