While from the container bearing Registration No.HR38P-3789 wine was being unloaded and were kept in so many vehicles including that of a pick-up van bearing Registration BR09TMP-3232, police conducted raid and during course thereof, all the persons succeeded in their escape leaving the vehicle.

The petitioner has been made accused on the basis of being owner of the vehicle bearing Registration No. BR09TMP3232 having clean antecedent as per para 3 of the petition and is under custody since 18.02.2020.

Consequent thereupon, the petitioner, Robin Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19200 of 2020(2) dt.05-06-2020 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S.
