JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 224 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 18C, 21B, 20, 22 of N.D.P.S Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.11.2022.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and also the fact that intermittent quantity of Brown Sugar i.e. 36.360 grams has been recovered from his possession, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22712 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 224 of 2022. The petitioner will visit Ishakchak Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
