Petitioners are languishing in custody in connection with Rail Bhagalpur (Bhagalpur G.R.P.S.) P.S. Case No.137 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 30/38 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioners on 15.10.2016, who are in custody since 15.10.2016.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioners are female, let petitioners, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52233 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Rail, Bhagalpur/Successor Court in connection with Bhagalpur (Bhagalpur G.R.P.S.) P.S. Case No. 137 of 2016 with condition that petitioners shall file affidavit before the Court-below that they would not involve themselves in such criminal act and if the Court-below would get report of further commission of similar nature of offence by the petitioners, the Court-below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail-bonds of the petitioners in this case.
