2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- "I.

To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondent authorities to renumeration to the petitioner since from June, 2008 to till Current date.

To issue of an appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondent authorities to dispose of the several Representations of the petitioner which has been filed for the arrear of renumeration Since June, 2008 to till current date to the petitioner and to make signature in attendance register to the petitioner in accordance with law.

III. To grant any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one letter has been annexed which is of the year 1998 (AnnexureP/1). The petitioner is claiming her appointment by virtue of the said letter. Counsel submits that till 2008, the petitioner has received salary, but thereafter, payment has not been made. Counsel submits that in this regard, the petitioner has filed representation before different authorities, but nothing happened.

4. Upon perusal of the said letter of the year 1998 (Annexure-P/1), it transpires to this Court that the petitioner was appointed under Nasriganj (District- Rohtas). As such, it is hereby directed to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with the copy of this order before the District Programme

Patna High Court CWJC No.5295 of 2026(2) dt.09-04-2026 3/3 Officer (ICDS), Rohtas at Sasaram (Respondent no.5), within 30 days from today. Liberty is granted to the Respondent no.5 to take decision with regard to the petitioner's claim within 90 days from the date of receiving the petitioner's fresh representation.

5. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
