The present contempt application has been filed asserting non compliance of the order dated 12.11.2009 passed in C.W.J.C. No.9782 of 2009 and its analogous cases.

Learned Standing Counsel-XXIV submits that against the said order, L.P.A. No.1788 of 2012 has been preferred before this Court in which operation of the order under contempt has been stayed vide order dated 25.06.2013.

Since the order under contempt has already been stayed vide order dated 25.06.2013 passed in L.P.A. No.1788 of 2012, therefore, no further action is required to be taken against the opposite parties in the present case.
