JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 13.12.2018 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The postmortem report of the deceased reveals that no external or internal injury was found on the person of the deceased and doctor opined that the death was due to asphyxia resulting from hanging. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22756 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S.
