Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that due to inadvertence in the prayer portion of bail petition of Cr. Misc. 63802 of 2018 the name of court has wrongly been mentioned as "learned Additional Sessions Judge-IInd, cum

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64241 of 2018 (3) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 Special Judge (Excise), Kishanganj", whereas it should have been "learned Additional Sessions Judge-IInd, cum Special Judge (Excise), Araria", resulting which, the same mistake has occurred in the order No. 2 dated 26.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 63802 of 2018 with Cr. Misc. 62241 of 2018.

Counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in prayer portion of the bail petition. Let the District of the court in 6th line of last paragraph of the order dated 26.10.2018, in place of "Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise) Kishanganj", be read as "Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Araria"
