JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Vijayipur P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 380, 511, 401/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that they were involved in theft.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are in custody since 14.12.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have remained in custody for
