This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offences under Sections- 420/34, 467/34 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complaint based allegation reveals that the dispute is regarding non-performance of agreement to sell by coaccused Ganesh Prasad. The allegation is that the petitioners had accompanied the co-accused to the registration office. Considering the aforesaid nature of allegation, levelled against the petitioners, let the petitioners named above in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4106 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 25 of 1998 to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Rosera, Samastipur.
