2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupouli ( Mohanpur) P..S.Case No.272 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a,26(1) of the Arms Act.

3. One country made rifle was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2023. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the recovery of country made rifle, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

6. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible. It is made clear that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail, if his trial is delayed.
