JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 In pursuance to the earlier order of this Court, with a view to redress the grievances of the petitioner, the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the police force can be deployed along with a Magistrate for the purposes of granting protection to the petitioner for the fencing work provided the petitioner pays the cost.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to bear the necessary cost for the purposes of deployment of police force along with a Magistrate for grant of

In such view of the matter, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to give an estimate of the cost to be incurred for the purposes of deployment of police force along with a Magistrate to the petitioner herein within a period two weeks from today and as soon as the petitioner deposits the same, the police force along with the Magistrate shall be deputed so as to grant protection to the petitioner for the purposes of fencing of her land.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
