Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Shashtrinagar P.S. Case No. 484 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of stolen money Rs. 13,000/- while informant was standing in the line of O.P.D.-II in the premises of I.G.M.S. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion only. Petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 03.08.2018.

Case No.484 of 2018.
