The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleges that on 19.09.2021 when her daughter had went to participate in a worship when the petitioner tried to outrage her modesty by pulling her cloths. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the present case and it appears that on account of mistaken identity the present FIR came to be instituted. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application and submits that no mother would falsely implicate
