JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and two others are said to have assaulted the informant's husband and the informant claims that petitioner and two co-accused caused injury on the head of the injured but learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards Annexure-3 to the petition and submits that only one injury was found on the head of the injured. Moreover, the alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on 22.06.2016 whereas written report was given on 23.06.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43926 of 2016 (3) dt.28-11-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S.Case No. 61 of 2016.
