28.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The present application seeks modification in the order dated 20.08.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10221 of 2014 which has occurred due to typographical error in the main application of Cr. Misc. No. 10221 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the father of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as 'Furchay Rajak' instead of 'Fuchay Rajak' and further that the case has not yet been committed and thus the reference of Sessions Trial No. 388 of 2013 be deleted.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, let the name of the father of the petitioner in the order dated 20.08.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 10221 of 2014 be read as 'Fuchay Rajak' in place of 'Furchay Rajak'. Similarly, the reference to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49563 of 2014 (2) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 Sessions Trial No. 388 of 2013 in the last paragraph of the order at internal page 2 be deleted.

The application stands disposed off.
