The Petitioner seeks bail in Kurhani (Fulkahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 374 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307, 392, 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated on account of land dispute with the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. As per written report, the petitioner put pistol on the temple of the informant and co-accused Awadhesh Thakur snatched Rs. 10,000/- from the pocket of the informant.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kurhani (Fulkahi O.P.)
