====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 17-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 474, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier, petitioner has filed anticipatory bail application before this Court and the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 14.02.2023 with a direction to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks and seek regular bail. A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner bringing on record that petitioner had also filed a Cr. W.J.C. No. 63 of 2022 before the Hon'ble Court for quashing of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25276 of 2023(3) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 the FIR of all three cases including the instant case, in which interim protection has been granted to the petitioner. As the petitioner has collected some documentary evidence in his favour of his innocence under RTI Act, therefore, this application is being filed to consider the case sympathetically.
Considering the facts and circumstances of case as well as the nature of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
