The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 14.05.2015/18.06.2015 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Raiyam P.S. Case No.22 of 2014 whereby and whereunder took cognizance under Sections 7 of Essential Commodities Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that although the Trial is on, after the examination of two witnesses, has not progressed and as such the petitioner will be contended if the decision is given to take the Trial to its logical conclusion. In view of the fair submission put forward by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of with the direction to the Trial court to expedite the matter and
