15.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

According to learned counsel for the University, cost of Rs. 2500/- has been deposited pursuant to order dated 23.12.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that in view of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Magadh University, the admissible dues of the petitioner have been paid but submits that he has not yet verified as to whether actual payments have been received by the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, if the petitioner has not received the actual payments, the University shall ensure that the same is paid to

Patna High Court CWJC No.12802 of 2011 (6) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 him within one week positively, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an appropriate application in the present proceeding itself.

The writ application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
