JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 307 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 307, 107, 341, 342, 323, 427, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

From the written report it appears that there is allegation against the petitioner that he fired from his gun when the informant entered the management room of the school, but it did not hit him. It is further alleged that co-accused Vishal Kumar Singh incited the students against the management and shattered the glass of Scorpio car of the informant. It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is general and omnibus allegation against the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 307 of 2015, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
