The petitioner is in custody in connection with Darbhanga Rail P.S. Case No. 26 of 2020 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is a lady, has got no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 21.02.2020. He further submits that in the instant case total 53.64 litres of country made liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a ladyand she is in custody since 21.02.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to her.
