JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-05-2022 The present M.J.C. application has been filed for restoration of the C.W.J.C. No. 6709 / 2020 inasmuch as C.W.J.C. No. 6709 / 2020 has been dismissed on the ground of non- compliance of the peremptory order dated 16-08-2021. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated- 16/08/2021 this Court had issued notice to the

Patna High Court MJC No.590 of 2022(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 respondent nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 10 and directed the petitioners to furnish requisites within two weeks peremptory time, however, requisites for issuance of notice have been filed by the petitioners after delay of three days.

In view of the fact that requisites have already been filed by the petitioners in pursuance of the order dated 16-082021, let the same be accepted. The application stands allowed.

Accordingly, the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 6709 / 2020 is restored to its original file.
