2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for quashing the order dated 07.05.2010 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 2621(C) of 2009.

3. As per the Trial Court report dated 22.06.2026, Complaint Case No. 2621(C) of 2009 has been disposed of on 04.01.2023.
