Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 127 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 342, 323, 307, 427, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

No.31547 of 2021(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 Let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 127 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 5,000/- each by way of demand draft in the name of the informant in the Court below and thereafter their bail bond shall be accepted. The Court below will hand over the demand draft to the informant in this time so that the same may be encashed by her.
