Petitioner is accused in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016 registered under Sections 386 and 387 of the I.P.C.

Someone demanded ransom from the informant on mobile call. The referred mobile number is not of the petitioner, as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner. Submission is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion and the impugned order would reveal that due to criminal antecedent of the petitioner, his prayer for bail was refused, but in all six other referred cases, petitioner has already been acquitted, which would
