Petitioners being brother, sister and parents of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 354, 379, 498A/34 504 of the I.P.C. Accusation is of causing injury to the informant by knife by petitioner No. 2 whereas other petitioners assaulted with fists and slaps to the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injury has been found to be simple caused by hard and blunt substance and for a petty dispute the occurrence took place.

No.46063 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioners, above named, on depositing Rs. 5000/- each before learned Court below which will be released in favour of the informant, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 190 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
