The petitioners are accused in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 66 of 2008 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of daughter of informant by her in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are sister-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased, who used to reside separate to the deceased and they have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that petitioners are in custody since 30.09.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1096 of 2017 (2) dt.13-01-2017 the case, the petitioners above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Saharsa, in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 66 of 2008. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioners.
