This application for bail arises out of Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 106/2018 for the offences under Section 25(1B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Considering the contention made on behalf of the petitioners that they are in custody since 27.02.2018 and from each of their possession two live cartridges have been recovered and that they have no criminal antecedent, the application is allowed.

Let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Araria, in Narpatganj P.S. Case No.
