2. The petitioner, in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition, has sought, inter alia, the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "A. To direct the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for his appointment on the post of Community Organizer at the office of Pupri city Council. B. To grant any other incidental, consequential or other relief/ reliefs, to which the petitioner is found entitled and your Lordship may deem fit in the ends of justice in the eye of law."

It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.3 that in view of the specific condition laid down in paragraph no.2 of the Advertisement that the candidate must possess five years' of experience with Social Development on Community, in which three years' of experience should be in NULM/JEEVIKA/NRLM or SUPR project was required, the petitioner had not supported his application with the required experience certificate, due to which, his candidature was not accepted.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner, by way of Annexure- P/2, has brought the experience certificate on record, which was issued by 'Pragati Adarsh Seva Kendra' (National Level Organization) registered under Society Act to show that he worked as 'Programme Co-ordinator' from 01.08.2016 to 31.03.2021 and also certificate issued from other organizations in support of his experience, which can be considered for his engagement.
5. Considering the rival submissions made on behalf of the parties, I don't find any merit in the writ petition. However, the petitioner may apply for the said post, as and when, any fresh vacancy arises.

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
